Great Combination

This is one of my favorite plant combinations in my garden. The purple flowers were here when I arrived. Not sure what they are. They look wonderful with the blue oat grass and yarrow. All of the colors and textures play off of each other so well. The purple flowers have been blooming since early spring.

Blue Star Creeper, Isotoma fluviatilis, is the ground cover growing between the paving stones. It's a very nice filler / ground cover and the bluish purple flowers works great with many other plants.

Here's another very nice usage of Blue Star Creeper. Via Alford's English Gardens.
